All of our orders are processed and packaged in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Shipping Schedule

We do our best to ship orders the day after they are placed. At most, orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days of order. The shipping method you choose will provide an accurate timeframe as to when your piece arrives. 

Tracking

All items are shipped with a tracking number. Rose Grown is not responsible If your package is listed as delivered and you haven't received it. Please purchase "signature required" if your package is to be delivered to an unsecured location. 

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some packages may require import taxes or duties to be paid, upon delivery to the destination address. This will vary depending on your location, and will be charged by your local postal carrier. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. If you want to know if these charges will apply to your order, please contact your local customs office.

Returns/Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item arrives damaged or flawed. Send an email to leslie@rosegrown.com with your request.

Order Cancelations

Cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 4% non-refundable processing fee. Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.
