How can I purchase?

All sales go through our webshop on this site. Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Placing a piece in your shopping cart does not prevent someone else from purchasing it before you checkout and pay. 

 

When is your next shop update?

Shop updates are announced at the top of this website and on my Instagram bio. If date is passed, then next update time is TBD. Each update of the webshop includes all pieces made since the last update. Sometimes no products are listed on the site until the update goes live, please wait for the next update to see which pieces are available. Once all pieces sell out, they will not be restocked until the next update.

 

How often do you restock?

We restock about once a month

 

Do you take preorders?

No 

 

I made multiple orders, can I ship them together?

No. We are no longer combining shipping for the safety of our pieces. This process is also extremely time consuming for our team and takes time away from making new pieces for everyone. If you'd like your items shipped together, please purchase them together. 



Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however there is a 4% restocking fee and cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. No cancellations will be accepted after 12 hours from purchase time.

 

Where is your studio based? Can I visit?

Our studio is in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. We are not open to the public, but we do have occasional studio sales where you can visit us in person.  

 

Do you take commissions?

No :)

  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please be aware Rose Grown is not responsible for import taxes or tariffs charged by the country of import.

 

Why does international shipping cost more than the item itself?

All shipping costs are calculated by USPS or UPS, based on the weight and size of the package. Ceramics require plenty of padding to ship them safely, which adds to the overall package size. The price also increases as the distance from origin to destination increases.

  

Is Goddessware dishwasher safe?

Yes, but hand washing is recommended to protect your piece for years to come.

  

Is Goddessware microwave safe?

Microwaving will not hurt your piece, but it can make it very hot. We recommend only microwaving pieces with handles. 

  

Do you offer returns?

No; but if the item you receive does not match the description, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

  

My item arrived broken. What do I do?

If you purchased "Route" insurance with your order, please file a claim here.

If you did not purchase insurance with your order, you may file a claim with the shipping provider you chose. Please retain all packaging from order. It may be necessary that you take the package and contents to a USPS or UPS location for the item to be reimbursed.

The mailer address is listed on your package label. The shipping date is when you received a shipping confirmation email. Input "0" for insurance fees paid.

My tracking information says that my package has been delivered, but I never received my order.

If you purchased "Route" insurance with your order, please file a claim here.

Rose Grown is not responsible for packages that are not received but are tracked as "delivered" -- it may mean your package was stolen. We highly suggest purchasing "Route" insurance at checkout, which will protect your purchase in the case of damage, delay or theft. 

Sometimes tracking information is not accurate. We have seen instances when a package is reported as "delivered" but showed up at the destination up to 3 weeks later. Also, calling your local postal office might help track the item.
